We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Business Partner to support three manufacturing sites and partner closely with operations leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles
- Support workforce planning, retention strategies, and succession planning
- Partner on compensation, payroll, and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and safety standards
- Use HR metrics and insights to influence decision-making
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching skills
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment law
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Hands-on mindset with strong business acumen
