About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and strengthen our people operations, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals while also overseeing key HR functions that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

This position is part of our ongoing effort to connect with HR professionals for current and upcoming opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle hiring efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, including coaching managers and resolving workplace concerns
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
  • Analyze HR and recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Assist with compensation, benefits coordination, and employee engagement efforts
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience balancing HR generalist responsibilities with talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with managers and senior leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with HRIS/ATS systems
