THE ROLE
You will source, screen, qualify, and place healthcare professionals across revenue cycle (patient access, billing, coding, CDI) and clinical (nurses, medical assistants, clinical leaders) disciplines. You will build and manage a candidate pipeline, partner closely with account managers at leading health systems across the country, and develop deep expertise in a specialized niche.
