About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to lead the strategy, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of Value-Added Services (VAS) within the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL), Product & Platform organization. The Value-Added Services portfolio focuses on identifying, enabling, and scaling differentiated services that leverage modernized payments platforms to drive client value, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The Value-Added Services Lead partners horizontally across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Transformation teams to align strategy, influence roadmaps, and guide product outcomes. This role supports informed decision-making and ensures the VAS portfolio is sequenced to support enterprise product strategy and investment priorities.

In This Role, You Will

  • Partner with Product and delivery teams to prioritize execution and delivery of Value-Added Services initiatives, aligned to strategic priorities and outcomes.
  • Prioritize the VAS portfolio against platform roadmaps, capacity constraints, and competing enterprise initiatives to maximize value.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery and refinement efforts, partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify service opportunities, dependencies, and target-state designs.
  • Oversee product delivery outcomes, ensuring services progress from concept through delivery in alignment with defined strategy and intended business results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve strategic dependencies, trade-offs, and alignment issues impacting product outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve portfolio-level risks, constraints, and trade-offs, escalating as needed to protect product outcomes.
  • Provide clear, concise executive reporting on strategy, progress, risks, and value realization.
  • Track and assess outcomes and return on investment (ROI) for deployed services to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Continuously evolve VAS product strategy and ways of working, informed by results, feedback, and changing business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or migration programs.
  • Familiarity with payment rails and messaging platforms such as ACH, FedNow, CHIPS, SWIFT, MT-to-MX, and ISO 20022.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive-ready storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Customer-centric, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet delivery commitments.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
