Role Description The General Manager Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. This position oversees daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution activities. The role is responsible for leading and developing on-site teams, setting performance goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The General Manager Logistics manages budgets, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance. This role also contributes to strategic planning, supports new customer implementations, and ensures that service levels meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, including team leadership, performance management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with experience coordinating transportation, inventory, and distribution flows.
• Hands-on Warehouse Management skills, including layout planning, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Experience with Budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control within logistics or operations environments.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
