We’re looking for motivated, open-minded professionals who are ready to take control of their career and make an impact in their community. As a Financial Professional with New York Life, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own practice while helping individuals, families, and business owners with strategies around financial protection, retirement planning, and long-term goals. In this role, you will assist clients in achieving financial goals by providing personalized financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing clients' financial needs, presenting tailored financial products and services, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Collaboration with team members and adherence to regulatory compliance standards will also be essential aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with clients and help them create personalized financial strategies.
- Provide guidance on life insurance, retirement, investments, and other solutions.
- Work independently, but with the support of an experienced team, training, and mentorship.
- Develop your career with growth opportunities, leadership paths, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter mindset.
- Interest in helping others plan for their future.
- No prior financial experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and licensing support.
- Licenses such as FINRA Series 6, 63, or 7 a plus (or willingness to obtain these certifications)
