Responsibilities:

• Prepare the SEC filings, including the10-K,10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, and S-8s.
• Perform accounting for equity transactions, stock-based compensation arrangements, debt transactions, investment transactions, acquisition and divestiture transactions, annual impairment and ad-hoc testing of goodwill.
• Assist with month end close and prepare information to support budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain support for all publicly filed financial statements and disclosures.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience
• CPA
• Publicly traded company experience (either within public accounting or industry)
• Strong SEC experience and exposure
• Ability to meet deadlines
