Job Description

We are seeking a Specialty Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a proven ability to deliver full-cycle hiring outcomes while influencing partners and advancing inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, pipelines, and reporting.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for high-volume roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and provide market and funnel insights.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Advance inclusive hiring practices and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., ORC or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions and competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence partners and clients.
• Adaptability and learning agility in a fast-paced environment.
• 6+ years of recruiting experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Recruiting (ORC) experience and advanced ATS reporting or workflow optimization.
• Prior recruiting experience within a financial institution.
• Experience operating in structured, compliance-driven environments.
