Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing CPG organization to identify an experienced FP&A Manager to support continued expansion across the U.S. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and growth investments
  • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and drive business performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational and financial results
  • Support executive-level reporting, including monthly/quarterly business reviews and board materials
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
  • Assist in evaluating new market expansion, product launches, and operational investments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
  • 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, with required industry experience in CPG (food & beverage strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of KPI development and performance tracking within a product-based business
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership


Compensation:

$120,000-$130,000


Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision

PTO is offered on an accrual basis

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
