YMMC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis across multiple business units. This role partners closely with internal managers, cost planners, and leadership to deliver accurate financial insights and drive alignment between Manufacturing and Sales organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support internal managers in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Partner with Cost Planners to develop Material Margin for finished goods and product lines.
  • Analyze budget and forecast results; prepare detailed reports and presentations for all levels of management.
  • Consolidate and interpret monthly financial results and variances to budget/forecast.
  • Drive alignment between Yamaha Manufacturing and Sales Business Units.
  • Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and special project reporting.
  • Serve as SME & Administrator for Workday Adaptive (Adaptive Insights).

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting U.S. manufacturing operations.
  • Strong background in budget and forecast modeling.

Skills & Requirements

  • High analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive (Adaptive Insights).
  • Experience with SAP.
  • On‑site only — Newnan, GA (no remote option).
