As a finance consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of finance consulting. Your work will involve providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising their financial performance, improving decision-making, and achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for analysing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead consulting engagements across large organizations, developing business cases and total cost of occupancy models. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your leadership skills and contribute to business development in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate preferred
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred
• Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management
• Experience in lease administration and capital planning
• Proficiency in financial analysis and project management
• Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate
• Ability to develop strategic real estate initiatives
• Familiarity with market trends and property valuation
  
  

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
