Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Oklahoma City, OK. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, supervising accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, providing detailed insights for forecasting, and advising on cost-saving opportunities. This role also involves working closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial health and sustainability.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Expertise in accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance regulations
  • Strong skills in leadership, team management, and cross-department collaboration
  • Proficient in financial management software and tools
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
