GLOBAL PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

  • $100-115K + Bonus and great benefits.
  • Must live in Boston Area - 2 days in office per week.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • FP&A Analysis & Reporting — Contribute analytical work including trend analysis, findings summaries, and decision-support reports; collaborate with internal stakeholders to propagate financial information and deliver insights on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Technology — Identify and drive enhancements to reporting workflows and systems, with a strong orientation toward leveraging technology and AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy across portfolio monitoring and FP&A functions.
  • Portfolio Valuation & Monitoring — Support quarterly valuation processes through data collection, aggregation, quality review, and reporting; analyze financial and operational metrics from board decks and financial statements to produce summaries for distribution across the firm.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Econ or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years financial analysis and modeling experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI or SQL, Tableau, etc.
