Are you a highly detailed financial analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership? We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in a unique and highly visible role.

This position is at the heart of our financial reporting cadence. You will be responsible for critical, time-sensitive updates, including weekly forecasts and monthly close files that are delivered directly to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role requires an exceptional level of accuracy and the ability to not just report the numbers, but to understand and explain the "why" behind them.

If you are a master of Excel with a strong understanding of the P&L and a desire to make a direct impact on business decisions, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Critical Reporting: Manage and deliver essential weekly forecast updates and monthly financial close packages, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness for review by senior leadership.
  • Analyze and Interpret Financial Performance: Go beyond the data to analyze and provide clear, concise commentary on key business drivers. Explain what changed week-over-week in sales, EBITDA, and other key P&L metrics.
  • Handle Rapid Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to intense, quick-turnaround requests from leadership, gathering disparate data from various sources and providing immediate, reliable analysis.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Gather, compile, and normalize raw data to ensure its integrity for analysis. Serve as a subject matter expert on data definitions and limitations.
  • Create Compelling Visualizations: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate findings and trends to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Provide recommendations based on your findings and analysis, and contribute input on policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is absolutely critical, as your work will be presented to senior executives with little room for error.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: You must be highly proficient in Excel, capable of managing complex data sets and building sophisticated models and reports.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: The ability to read, understand, and "translate" financial statements, particularly the P&L, is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated skill in data analysis, with the ability to resolve inconsistencies or anomalies in complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Independence & Drive: The ability to work independently on complex problems, receiving guidance only on the most unusual issues.
