Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Financial Analyst! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, analytical professional who is passionate about early childhood education and interested in supporting high-impact growth initiatives.


To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field and 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience will be considered). Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or a related field is preferred.


Required Shift: Monday – Friday, hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site in our Downtown Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603


Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually + annual bonus

Our Hiring Process:

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential M&A transactions, De Novo childcare center openings, and other strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation analyses and scenario modeling specific to childcare center performance (e.g., enrollment, tuition rates, staffing ratios, and occupancy trends).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across local childcare markets, including supply/demand dynamics, demographic trends, and regulatory considerations.
  • Support all aspects of the due diligence process, including in-depth analysis of financial, licensing, and operational data for childcare providers.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations throughout the deal lifecycle (from sourcing through integration planning).
  • Assist in the development of board-level materials outlining strategic priorities, including expansion into new geographies and optimization of existing childcare centers.
  • Develop and maintain internal tracking tools for pipeline management, deal activity, and performance of acquired and newly developed centers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, education, and licensing teams to support transaction execution and successful integration.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
