As the organization continues to scale, we are creating a dedicated Executive Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics role to serve as the single point of accountability for sales performance, revenue predictability, and sales execution discipline across the enterprise.
This role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and partners directly with Ownership, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

Compensation & Executive Benefits
This is a senior executive role with a compensation structure designed to reward enterprise-level impact and sustained performance. Total compensation for this position is up to $250,000, based on experience, scope of responsibility, and results. The role includes a competitive executive base salary paired with a lucrative, uncapped performance-based incentive, directly aligned to revenue growth, gross profit performance, and disciplined execution at scale. As the organization continues to grow, this role is intentionally positioned to expand in both influence and earning potential.
