Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 2nd shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 3rd shift – 11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes.
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround time requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any operational concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Previous production, manufacturing, mailing, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with average lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks.
• Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment.
