Full Desk Recruiter (Childcare Staffing)

Location: Remote but candidate must be in Columbus, OH Metro area

Type: Full-Time

Pay: Hourly plus incentives and commission

We’re looking for a Full Desk Recruiter and Interviewer who can own the entire placement process. Ownership will be from sourcing and interviewing candidates to closing families and finalizing placements.

What You’ll Do:

This is a true full-desk role where you’ll manage both sides of the placement process.

  • Interview and vet candidates for private families, respite, and back up care
  • Guide candidates through onboarding (training, compliance, and readiness)
  • Conduct sales calls and family intake calls for those seeking nanny placement services
  • Match qualified caregivers to families based on needs, personality, and logistics
  • Coordinate and manage the family and candidate interview process
  • Present candidates to families and confidently guide both sides to a decision
  • Finalize placement details, offers, and documentation for private and respite families
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both families and caregivers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (full desk experience is a big plus)
  • Strong communicator who comfortable on the phone, on Zoom, and via email
  • Ability to balance candidate experience and client expectations
  • Organized and able to manage multiple placements at once
  • Confident in guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and pivot quickly
  • Bonus: experience in childcare or service-based staffing
