Demand across our engineering and defense portfolio continues to accelerate, and we are making a strategic investment in building the next generation of high-performing recruiters. This is a unique opportunity for early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) to break into one of the most competitive and high-demand talent markets—with hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.
At The Judge Group, you will be trained to support mission-critical programs across Aerospace and Defense and federal sectors, partnering with leading organizations to deliver specialized engineering talent where it matters most.
The Opportunity
You will begin your recruiting career at the center of a dynamic and technically specialized market, with structured training to build expertise across:
- Software, Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering
- Cleared environments (Secret through TS/SCI+)
- Emerging areas such as defense technology, autonomy, and advanced systems
This is a high-growth role with direct exposure to leadership, real responsibility early on, and the ability to quickly impact both delivery and revenue outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 year of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition
- Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
