Electrical Project Manager - Nashville, TN
Commercial & Multi-Family Projects | High-Growth Contractor
Nashville - I'm working with a well-established electrical subcontractor that's absolutely flying right now. Strong pipeline across commercial and multi-family builds, repeat clients, and they're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to come in and take ownership of key projects.
This is a great opportunity if you want to step into a business that's genuinely growing-not just saying it.
You'll be running commercial and multi-family electrical projects from start to finish, working closely with supers, GCs, and internal teams.
- Full lifecycle project ownership (buyout → closeout)
- Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement
- Coordinating between field + office teams
- Leading meetings with GCs, developers, and clients
- Driving projects to hit schedule, margin, and safety targets
- Electrical Project Manager experience with an electrical subcontractor
- Strong background across commercial and/or multi-family projects
- Comfortable running multiple jobs at once
- Typically managing projects in the $2M-$20M range
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and code
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, etc. is a plus
- Someone who can own a job without hand-holding
- Competitive base + bonus
- Strong pipeline of commercial & multi-family work in Nashville
- Clear progression into Senior PM / leadership
- Stable contractor with a solid reputation in the market
- Backed by experienced precon + field teams

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with a subcontractor
Strong background delivering commercial construction projects
Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once (typically $1M-$15M range)
Solid understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and code
Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, etc. is a bonus
Someone who can communicate well and own a job without hand‑holding
