We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across the Nashville area, typically ranging from $3M–$10M. This is a high-impact role with a strong pipeline of local work across healthcare, airports, municipal, higher education, commercial, and industrial sectors.
💰 $100K–$120K base + bonus + car allowance

💡 What you’ll do:
• Lead multiple large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
• Track financials, forecasting, and project progress
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
✅ What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of construction electrical project management experience
• Experience managing projects in healthcare, airports, municipal, higher education, commercial, or industrial sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
