Role: Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner / Analyst

Location: Northern Virginia, metro Washington, DC or metro Chicago, IL (Local candidates preferred)

Job Summary

As the Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer within our Agile teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive delivery within the SAFe framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and refine the backlog in alignment with the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories.

- Support Agile teams, remove blockers, and lead Scrum activities.

- Define acceptance criteria and ensure DoR/DoD compliance.

- Create process documentation and support business analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Business Analyst or Product roles.

- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with SAFe experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAFe certification.

- Deep Dynamics 365 expertise.

- Experience in project/change management, DevOps, and business domains such as sales or finance.
