We are a growing technology services company that is seeking a Director of AI to define and scale its AI strategy — both internally and across its mid-market client base. This is a strategic, outward-facing leadership role for someone who can bridge technology and business outcomes. You'll own the AI roadmap, build governance frameworks, productize AI service offerings, and partner closely with sales, delivery, and executive leadership to bring it all to market.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute enterprise AI strategy aligned to business and client goals
• Establish AI governance, acceptable use policies, and risk guardrails
• Lead internal AI enablement, including Microsoft Copilot adoption and workflow automation
• Develop client-facing AI service offerings — readiness assessments, Copilot deployments, automation solutions
• Guide the evolution from basic automation toward agentic AI where appropriate
• Serve as a thought leader internally and in the market

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in AI, data, automation, or advanced analytics
• Prior Director-level or senior leadership experience
• MSP, consulting, or mid-market enterprise background strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of AI governance, the Microsoft AI ecosystem, and enterprise data
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value

Compensation: Base + annual bonus + meaningful equity

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
