- Assigning transcribers to assignments and following up to ensure timely submission of transcripts.
- Processing paperwork from digital reporters and providing quality control to maintain high standards.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and a high school diploma (must-have).
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to think critically (must-have).
- Have litigation support experience (preferred) and are comfortable embracing technology.
- Join a dynamic team at a leading legal services firm that values reliability and resilience.
- Enjoy a structured work schedule with in-office hours for the first three months and the flexibility of remote work thereafter.
- Be part of a supportive environment that encourages problem-solving and effective communication.
