We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Digital Performance Specialist to help execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen online presence, support local growth, and drive qualified leads across a multi‑location system. This role is a great fit for someone who’s analytical, service‑oriented, naturally curious, and excited about helping teams succeed through smart digital marketing.
What You’ll D
- oExecute digital performance initiatives that support enrollment and growth goal
- sManage and optimize local business listings to improve visibility, traffic, and lead generatio
- nSupport review generation efforts and assist with review responses, escalations, and reputation management best practice
- sHelp launch new locations by setting up digital channels, including business listings and local search presenc
- eServe as Tier 1 support for digital marketing requests, resolving common issues and escalating more complex need
- sMonitor local SEO and GEO performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunitie
- sSupport website enhancements, testing initiatives, and other digital optimization efforts with internal teams and agency partner
- sDevelop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources to support digital marketing best practice
- sCompile and organize performance data to support reporting, insights, and decision‑makin

What We’re Looking F
- or2–4 years of experience in digital marketi
- ngBachelor’s degree preferr
- edHands‑on experience with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, and digital reporting platfor
- msFamiliarity with Google Business Profile, Yext, SEMrush, Optimizely, FullStory, Mailchimp, or similar too
- lsWorking knowledge of SEO principles and local search optimizati
- onBasic understanding of HTML and C
