Job Description

Title: Digital Marketing Consultant

Location: Topeka KS or Lenexa KS

Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite (After first 6-months Hybrid in office 4 days per week)

Duration: Full-Time

Salary: 52-60k, Full Benefits


Must-haves:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (build, launch, optimize)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns (12–15+) simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Experience analyzing performance data and making data-driven optimizations
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to explain digital marketing strategy clearly to clients
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Customer-service mindset with ability to build trust with clients

Plusses:

  • Previous ad-agency experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Prior client-facing role experience
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Snappy Kraken)
  • Exposure to AI tools / automation workflows
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant who owns the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, including building, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend. They independently manage a portfolio of 12–15 campaigns, monitoring performance, pacing budgets, and continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers to improve outcomes. This role is highly client-facing, requiring regular communication of campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear, consultative manner. They collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, account management, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with advisor goals, while also evaluating landing pages and providing CRO recommendations to improve conversion rates. In addition, they act as a senior resource on the team by mentoring junior members, sharing best practices, and ensuring campaigns follow compliance and industry guidelines.
