Job Description
DG Beauty is looking for a Sales and Training Executives in New England.
The Sales and Training Executive is responsible for consistently achieving retail sales plans within territory across Department Stores retail partners. The position requires strong training, education, analytical and leadership skills. The individual is responsible to lead and guide the team to deliver results. The Sales and Training Executive will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager on all aspects of the business. Will be a role model with strong work ethic and business acumen. The STE must be a great communicator and relationship builder.
In addition, the Sales and Training Executive will need to proactively seek ways to improve the business and evaluate results. Must have the ability to adapt to change, assess and strategize solutions and swiftly react to the changing needs and demands of the business.
