This Role Requires
• Strong hands-on Python expertise
• Practical experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate modeling approaches beyond theoretical mathematics
• Understanding of data sources, data structures, and data generation processes

• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models end-to-end
• Monitor model performance and ensure solutions continue delivering value
• Develop production-level code to operationalize models
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align models with business needs
Important
• Prior experience working as a Data Scientist in a professional setting is required
Example Work
• Analyze insurance-related datasets, particularly claims data
• Build predictive models and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Required Experience
• Insurance industry experience required
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance strongly preferred
• Claims-related project experience highly valued
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Strong Python and modeling skills
• Experience applying data science in a business environment
