you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored staffing

solutions that make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend effective workforce solutions
• Conduct thoughtful outreach through warm and cold calls to generate leads
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Represent Surge Staffing at trade shows and industry events
• Use our CRM system to stay organized and support a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For

• A relationship-driven approach with strong communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Comfort with outreach and initiating conversations
• (Bonus) Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales
