Are you passionate about building meaningful client relationships and driving business success?
Surge Staffing is seeking a Corporate Account Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role,
you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored staffing
solutions that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend effective workforce solutions
- Conduct thoughtful outreach through warm and cold calls to generate leads
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Represent Surge Staffing at trade shows and industry events
- Use our CRM system to stay organized and support a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For
- A relationship-driven approach with strong communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Comfort with outreach and initiating conversations
- (Bonus) Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales
