What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
- Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify genuine skill acquisition rather than passive attendance
- Conducting daily motivation sessions informed by student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot data to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression targets
- Employing narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, competitive rankings), and individual relationships to overcome student reluctance
- Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics to maintain a 90%+ threshold on student feedback surveys
- Delivering traditional lectures from the front of a classroom. Academic advancement occurs through student-directed AI-powered applications, not through direct instruction from you.
- Providing passive supervision. The environment involves students using computers; the role demands active engagement.
- Compromising standards in response to student resistance. Test2Pass requirements remain fixed, even during challenging weeks for students.
- Creating original curriculum materials. Workshop frameworks and lesson structures are supplied; your responsibility is executing them with compelling delivery and narrative skill that ensures genuine student comprehension.
- Handling parent relations, admissions processes, or campus-level operations. Those functions belong to separate roles.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students

- Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
- Demonstrated high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
- Familiarity with self-directed or application-based learning models
