What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never knew I was capable of this!" From entrepreneurship to public speaking, you'll deliver practical skills that motivate.
- Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by guiding students to establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them.
- Driving student achievement: Apply proven frameworks to ensure each student reaches challenging academic and personal targets.
- Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to build reward systems and incentives that foster intrinsic excellence.
- Conventional instruction: Leave behind chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students employ advanced applications to master foundational subjects—your responsibility is to mentor, motivate, and enhance their educational experience.
- Enforcing discipline through punishment: We reject punitive approaches. Instead, you'll apply reasoning and positive reinforcement to build a respectful, dynamic learning environment.

- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
