We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, global facility projects from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong background in construction oversight and client management.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful project execution
• Lead project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development
• Manage client relationships and support proposal development
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across project teams and subcontractors
• Oversee RFP/bid processes, project reporting, and financial tracking
• Coordinate with engineering teams and manage project documentation
• Lead staffing plans, mentor team members, and support workforce development
• Manage commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience with contract negotiation, subcontracting, and change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience in aviation fueling, oil & gas, gas pipeline, or industrial water
• Background in general contracting or large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with GAAP principles
