The Construction Project Manager will lead complex, large-scale commercial projects through full lifecycle delivery—owning outcomes from early planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and closeout. The role is accountable for building project plans, guiding cross-functional teams, tracking progress against schedules and budgets, and proactively identifying risks to maintain momentum and quality. The Project Manager is expected to operate as a team lead, providing direction to project teams and, where applicable, managing project managers supporting the work. A successful candidate is highly organized, confident navigating competing priorities, and skilled at building trust with stakeholders through clear communication, strong follow-through, and disciplined reporting.
This position also drives process improvement by strengthening project controls, applying modern tools/ways of working, and raising delivery standards across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Leading project delivery end-to-end for large, complex scopes (often 200K+ sq. ft.)
• Owning budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Leading teams and coordinating multiple contributors across the project lifecycle
• Improving delivery consistency through stronger planning, controls, and tools
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 4–6+ years of project management experience (real estate / construction strongly preferred)
• Budget ownership experience (tracking costs, forecasting, cost controls)
• Experience delivering larger, complex projects (typically 200K sq. ft. and larger)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• PMP (or similar project management certification)
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
