Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial construction experience
- Food & beverage construction experience
- Cold storage / thermal experience
- Ability to travel or relocate as needed
- No job‑hoppy resumes
- Experience working on large‑scale, high‑dollar projects (up to ~$200M mentioned)
PM Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, budgets, and safety strategies
- Act as primary contact for engineers and architects
- Coordinate subcontractors; manage contracts, change orders, and cost tracking
- Handle project startup (permits, licenses, mobilization)
- Set up and manage project management software (E1, Prolog)
- Oversee scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
- Manage material procurement and delivery timelines
- Review projections, reports, and invoices; monitor budgets
- Lead OAC meetings and provide status updates
- Ensure proper documentation and close‑out procedures
- Mentor Assistant PMs and interns
