Our client is a well known ENR Midwest Top 50 Company with projects spanning from higher education and healthcare to light industrial. They have a very collaborative culture with an open door type of leadership. They offer clear career growth plans in a very collaborative culture.

Description

  • Work with field staff to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time
  • Meet with clients, architects, and hospital staff
  • Work out of the office 3-4 days a week (opportunity to work from home one day a week)
  • Manage documentation and client relationships
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Lead weekly OAC meetings

Profile

  • Bachelors degree (construction management or similar)
  • Healthcare experience, especially in occupied spaces
  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • Estimating and precontruction experience
  • Experience working on projects over $50M, ideally over $100M
  • Experience in a client facing position
  • MEP background preferred
