Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC for a Catering Sales Manager. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, driving catering sales, and coordinating with clients to plan and execute events. Responsibilities also include ensuring high levels of customer service, collaborating with the food and beverage team, and maintaining customer satisfaction through seamless event execution. The role requires engagement in prospecting, event strategy, and working closely with hotel teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning
  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Client Satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and coordination
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in sales and event management software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
