Join our team at the Utah Processing Center as a Technical Support – Inter professional and help keep customer card production running on time—every time. Under moderate supervision, you’ll set up and operate production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards while ensuring accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency. Required Skills

• Ability to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy throughout the production workflow
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service-level timelines
• Willingness to perform routine equipment checks and promptly report operational concerns
• Ability to identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner
• Comfortable maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, mailing, or machine operation (preferred but not required)

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous production/manufacturing/mailing or machine operation experience preferred, but candidates without it are still encouraged to apply

Other Requirements

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with average lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks
• Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment
• Reliable schedule adherence for the assigned shift, including rotating Saturdays
