LOCATION NOTE: This position requires full in-person presence at one of our campus locations.
A well-functioning campus is invisible. A poorly functioning one is felt by everyone. This position ensures that Alpha campuses operate with reliability, safety, and professionalism—without exception.
Alpha is creating one of the world's most ambitious educational systems. Our classrooms operate at pace. Our expectations are uncompromising. This demands campus operations that are structured, accountable, and designed to scale. This role controls every non-instructional element that enables students and Guides to excel.
You will serve as the operational foundation of the campus. You handle parent and staff correspondence, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistics functionality, and ensure technology infrastructure supports students and staff without interruption. You intervene when systems fail, identify risks before they materialize, and provide steady structure in fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited administrative position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role designed for someone energized by accountability, diversity of task, and execution. If you seek work where your judgment directly impacts student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role delivers genuine ownership and responsibility.

What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
- Functioning in a strictly clerical or narrowly defined capacity
- Working in a slow-paced or entirely predictable setting
