LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations.
A well-run campus goes unnoticed. A poorly run one affects everyone. This position ensures Alpha campuses function with reliability, safety, and confidence each day.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious education models. Our classrooms operate at pace. Our expectations are elevated. That demands campus operations that are disciplined, agile, and designed to scale. This role is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the campus. You'll handle parent and staff communications, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical operations, and ensure technology functions dependably for both students and staff. You respond when systems fail, identify potential issues before they grow, and establish clear structure amid rapidly changing conditions.
This is not a limited coordination position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who excels with responsibility, diversity of tasks, and execution. If you seek work where your choices directly impact student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serving as a key contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver timely, clear, and professional communication
- Running campus safety functions including entry protocols, health events, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Managing daily campus logistics including attendance systems, transport arrangements, facility upkeep, and administrative operations
- Assisting with new staff onboarding and training to guarantee operational preparedness from the start
- Overseeing student devices and campus technology systems, acting as the on-site Google Administrator and technology point person
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering instruction or supporting classroom teaching
- Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
- Functioning in a purely clerical or tightly limited capacity
- Working within a slow-paced or entirely routine setting
- Escalating unresolved issues rather than taking ownership of results
