You are the individual who ensures everything functions as it should. A smoothly operating campus creates an environment where students feel secure, staff remain productive, and parents place their confidence in the institution. This outcome is not accidental. It results from someone methodically coordinating countless details each day—with precision, responsiveness, and intentionality.

This position exists to guarantee that the operational dimension of the campus meets the same standards maintained in our classrooms.
In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities encompass community communication, campus security, facilities coordination and logistics, and routine technology administration. At any given moment, you might coordinate a safety exercise, troubleshoot a device malfunction, facilitate a new staff member's integration, or respond to a parent inquiry. Your function extends beyond maintenance—you generate institutional trust.
This is a practical, on-site position designed for someone who excels in fluid environments, maintains composure during challenges, and holds themselves to a rigorous standard of service delivery. What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety functions, including entry management, health event response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation coordination, and office administration
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new employees to facilitate seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical point person and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or directing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary with routine, unchanging assignments
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving solutions
Deliver seamless, secure, and effective campus operations that continuously enhance the experience and confidence of students, staff, and parents.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL; Santa Barbara, CA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $45 USD/hour, which equates to $90,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
