Job Description

Ready to become the ultimate connector and deal-maker? As our Business Travel Sales Manager, you’re not just hitting targets—you’re the driving force behind our hotel’s success! Your main quest? Win over new accounts, forge lasting partnerships, and keep our rooms buzzing with business travelers. But you’re not flying solo—you’ll team up with our Director of Sales to crush revenue goals and boost our market share for our amazing Full-Service property. If you love meeting new people, strategizing your next big win, and making every guest’s stay unforgettable, this is your chance to shine!

Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

  • Sales Superstar: Crush those business travel sales and revenue goals, hitting your targets with flair while making each solicitation call count—you're always working the numbers and working the room!
  • Relationship Builder: Grow and nurture strong connections with your assigned Business Travel accounts, turning every interaction into an opportunity for long-term partnership and mutual success.
  • Market Explorer: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and evaluating the latest trends in your market segment, ensuring your strategies are always fresh and effective.
  • Service Champion: Approach every guest and colleague encounter with a big smile, attentive service, and positive vibes—making sure everyone feels valued, comfortable, and cared for.
  • Community Connector: Maintain a strong presence in the local community and industry organizations, representing the hotel with pride and jumping in to help with special promotions, meetings, and anything else your team needs to win big!

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently located crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. It features an on-site restaurant and bar and an award-winning concierge service. A coffee machine and a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV is included all of the air-conditioned rooms at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Each room is furnished with a large work desk and an ergonomic desk chair.
