Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (QAD ERP)
Location: Atlanta, GA (or site-based with travel)
Type: Full-time | Exempt
Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise business systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of IT and operations—partnering closely with site leaders and end users to improve processes, drive system adoption, and enhance performance across the organization.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving QAD ERP, ensuring systems meet business needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with site users and leadership to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support and optimize QAD ERP and other business applications across multiple locations
- Act as the voice of the end user within IT
- Drive standardization of business processes across manufacturing sites
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshoot system issues
- Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions
- Document functional requirements, workflows, and system processes
- Support testing efforts to ensure high-quality system enhancements and implementations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst (or similar) experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP
- Experience supporting or implementing multi-site enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of business processes within a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of IT concepts (networking, hardware, software basics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Comfortable being on-call outside of standard business hours
