We're hiring an experienced Systems & AI Automation Engineer to take ownership of a modern go-to-market technology stack that powers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the administration, optimisation, and evolution of a suite of SaaS business applications, ensuring they're secure, reliable, and scalable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and enhancing a leading CRM platform, including security, automation, reporting, and platform optimisation.
• Supporting customer success and onboarding platforms, improving lifecycle workflows, health scoring, and implementation processes.
• Salesforce. Serve as administrator and engineer for Salesforce, owning configuration, security and access model, objects and fields, flows and automation, reporting, and ongoing platform health. Lead a structured overhaul to retire technical debt and improve reliability.
• Designing and delivering business solutions that translate operational requirements into scalable systems.
• Building automations, integrations, and AI-powered agents that eliminate manual work and improve decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining API integrations between business-critical applications.
• Improving data quality, governance, reporting, and business intelligence across the technology ecosystem.
• Supporting end users through training, documentation, and continuous platform improvement.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience administering and configuring SaaS business platforms.
• Strong CRM administration and configuration expertise.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience, including the security model, automation, data model, and reporting. Experience leading a cleanup or overhaul of an existing org is strongly preferred.
• Experience building workflow automations and ideally AI agents or intelligent assistants.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and prioritisation skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Bonus experience

Experience with:

• Salesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus.
• Customer Success platforms.
• Customer onboarding or Professional Services Automation platforms.
• AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks.
• REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, Business Intelligence, and Revenue Operations.
• Marketing automation, CPQ, ERP integrations, or finance systems.
• SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
• Compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
