Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Interview stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- System Design: Map out how data flows and how software or networks should be configured to meet business objectives.
- Bridge Building: Explain business needs to the IT/engineering teams and explain technical constraints to business management.
- Testing and QA: Work alongside developers to test systems, verify requirements are met, and assist with user training and rollout.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex data, find process bottlenecks, and design robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for gathering feedback and delivering presentations to management.
- Excellent analytical thinking and expertise in gathering requirements and documenting them
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Comfortable getting a little technical as required, with familiarity in working with APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, Postman
- Preferable knowledge in OAuth2/Open ID
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
- Ability to be diligent with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and meet standards expected for quality of work and timeliness of deliverables
- Ability to work independently and are self-motivated
