As a result, we are building a high-impact sales team to drive this next phase of growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT staffing industry willing, to join our team in the DC Metro area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide customized IT staffing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales or account management experience.
- Preferred experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with the DC Metro market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and staffing processes.
- CRM experience is a plus.
