We’re looking for a results-driven Business Consultant to join a leading global organization in the HR technology and outsourcing space, recognized as one of the largest privately held providers in its sector. With a comprehensive portfolio spanning HR/HCM technology, managed services, and global business process outsourcing (BPO), the company supports tens of thousands of businesses worldwide and processes billions in annual payroll.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and engagement to closing and post-sale implementation
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across organizations
• Present tailored solutions based on client needs, with a consultative sales approach
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and service agreements with prospective clients
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and hit revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Background in B2B sales, SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or BPO is highly preferred
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
