We are seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and design coordination while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bridge and transportation projects, including rehabilitation and replacement efforts.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineers, CAD designers, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Review design calculations, plans, and project deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct bridge inspections and provide repair or replacement recommendations.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of bridge or transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform occasional field inspections and travel as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
