- Demonstrated success operating with senior executive stakeholders and leading complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional work, influence outcomes beyond direct reporting lines, and translate strategy into disciplined execution.
- Track record of succeeding in highly dynamic environments that require range, adaptability, strong judgment, and process improvement across diverse business issues.
- Strong understanding of finance, business operations, and strategic planning within a complex, fast-moving organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, executive-level presentations, narratives, and messaging.

- Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to loosely defined problems.
- Strong independent judgment and the ability to make decisions, escalate appropriately, and drive outcomes with limited direction.
