We’re seeking two high-impact Human Resources (HR) Consultants who operate at a strategic level and are sought out by leaders as a trusted advisors. As an HR advisor and partner to senior leaders, you will play a critical role in organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and leadership enablement. You’ll work across complex, shared services and revenue-driving areas of the business—bringing a point of view, integrating across HR disciplines, and ensuring leaders have the insight and support needed to make high-quality decisions.

This role is best suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in ambiguity, values influence over authority and is comfortable operating in environments where expectations—and impact—are high.

    • Associate HR Consultant: $86,000 - $142,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
    • HR Consultant: $99,000 - $168,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details

  • Advise senior leaders on complex talent and organizational decisions, influencing direction and outcomes across the business
  • Translate business strategy into clear talent priorities, including organization design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness initiatives
  • Diagnose organizational challenges using data, insights, and experience—delivering actionable, enterprise-aligned solutions
  • Lead the execution of HR initiatives that balance business needs, employee experience, and regulatory compliance
  • Integrate across HR functions to ensure leaders receive cohesive, forward-looking solutions—not siloed support

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Broad, applied expertise across core HR disciplines (employee relations, talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and compliance)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect talent decisions to financial and operational outcomes
  • Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling recommendations
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge when needed and align stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver in a high-expectation, high-visibility role
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5-10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed per our T&E policy).
  • Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, or CEBS (or progress toward certification)
