We’re looking for a highly experienced Associate Advisor/Planner to join our team, helping clients simplify complexity, achieve their goals, and feel confident in their financial future.

In this role, you’ll manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver holistic wealth management strategies, and guide the next generation of advisors. You’ll work closely with other senior professionals to deliver innovative, solutions-driven planning and investment advice that makes a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Join the ongoing management of existing client relationships, ensuring consistent, proactive communication.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial plans, investment policy statements, and comprehensive wealth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to address tax, estate, investment, and philanthropic planning needs.
• Ensure execution of all day-to-day client service, from portfolio reviews to account administration.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to firm-wide strategic goals.
• Maintain a high standard of compliance, documentation, and fiduciary duty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced credential (CFP®, CFA, CPA, EA, JD, Master’s, or PhD) preferred.
• 5–10+ years in financial services, with at least 2 years advising clients directly.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Strong technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, portfolio management tools, and custodial platforms like Schwab or Fidelity a plus).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Committed to service excellence, continuous learning, and upholding the highest ethical standards.
